The cars were tampo printed by Slot car Promotions with a QR code on the roof to promote the UK Slot Car Festival held at the Heritage Motor Centre on 20th May 2012.

It was a big event, they were running 40 tracks, that was over 60 lanes of cars, a third of these were running Scalextric cars.

All the tracks running Scalextric cars were running QR code cars as promotion for the event.

Those of you who were there will have seen these QR code cars running on the public tracks.

In total there are about 200 QR code cars made.
